Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 500 g Fettuccine
  • 80   g Butter
  • 80   g Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
PREPARATION
To begin, boil a big pot of salted water, add the fettuccine, and cook until al dente, about 6 minutes. Butter should be melted in the meantime in a big skillet over low heat. To create a creamy sauce, add a ladleful of the pasta water and thoroughly combine.

Use pasta tongs to drain the fettuccine straight into the pan after it is al dente. Add one more ladle of pasta water and combine everything thoroughly and fast.

Add freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and season with salt and pepper after turning off the heat. To fully incorporate the pasta and sauce, stir once more.

Place the finished Fettuccine Alfredo on large plates and serve immediately.
